The pump motors have to be replaced.
All pump motors have been replaced in MC40
It seems that the breakers in MC40 did not shut off when the transformer lost a phase, and has caused all the pumps and possibly the dry cooler fans to burn out in MC40
Transformer has been turned back on.
The transformer for Hydro and MC40 containers lost a phase on the primary side. Note: it has also been leaking oil since Aug 8 or earlier.
Dry cooler for Tank 15 was damaged and needs to be replaced by Fog Hashing, this tank has never been turned on.
